This multi-tiered J2EE based system was built using Java Swing and Oracle on Weblogic Servers. The PPM is an interactive tool used by Traders and Designators of mortgage assets allowing them to monitor real-time positions of Whole Loans and Securities and designate or re-designate inventory between trading accounts.

The Security Trading Accounting and Tracking System (STATS) performs inventory tracking and on-going accounting management for mortgage backed securities trading. Cash Reconciliation and Control (CRC) is a web based application designed to conduct daily cash settlement reconciliation. The CRC ensures case settlement activities reconcile with cash account balances at the Federal Reserve. The Early Lender Funding Accounting System (ELFAS) provides the funding desk with three standard product lines. These are Sooner than Pooled (STP), As Soon As Pooled Plus (ASAP Plus) and As Soon As Pooled Sale (ASAP Sale).
